Concept Masterplans

Our concept masterplan work is the result of a series of Stages involving site familiarity and client liaison.  See Our Process.  Each stage is presented and reviewed with our clients, with feedback and revisions added.  The more consideration for design work, the clearer the final detail.  The following masterplans successfully guided these projects either to completion or to community understanding.  Some of these masterplans have guided the projects we built ourselves following the design, others were easily interpreted by contractors working to their own specifications.
